Our Story

Lanao Dalaguetnon Coco Farmers Agriculture Cooperative (LADACOA) is a farmer-owned cooperative, based in Lanao Dalaguete Cebu, Philippines, and was established in 2024. We are dedicated to empowering local farmers through sustainable agriculture, value-added coconut processing and community-based enterprise.

Operating as a social enterprise, LADACOA produce and market high-quality coconut-based products and agricultural products.

Our flagship product Coconut Virgin Oil (VCO) produced using the natural fermentation (wet process) method, without heat treatment or additives, helping to preserve the oil´s natural quality.

We also produce organic fertilizer and other coco-based products like coco peat and fiber, and other by-products, while promoting environmentally respinsible farming and fair market opportunities for our members.

The organization combines economic empowerment of Dalaguete farmers with environmental sustainability, serving multi-generational customers who value health-conscious and eco-friendly products.

LADACOA operates through multiple distribution channels including a planned physical consumer store in Dalaguete, government agency events, and emerging digital platforms

We welcome enquiries from our retailers, distributors, manufacturers, exporters, and business partners interested in sourcing quality agricultural products from our cooperative.

The brand is characterized by its strong community ties, commitment to the economic empowerment of local farmers, sustainable production practices, and genuine care for both members and customers.

LADACOA's operations are supported by government agencies including the Department of Agriculture (DA), Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), Department of Labor and mployment (DOLE), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI),and Dalaguete LGU, positioning it as a credible and officially recognized enterprise within the agricultural sector.
